SR. MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNICIAN
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead the execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality production while supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement across processes and equipment.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate production equipment independently following certification and qualification.
- Perform in-process inspections and testing of raw materials, drug substance, and/or drug product to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor equipment and outputs during production to confirm proper function and adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Adapt to shifting production needs and complete high-priority tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Use manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Symphony, SCADA, batch records) to track transactions, document activities, and manage material or process flow.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with cGMPs, Good Documentation Practices, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Review SOPs regularly, verify data before entry, and follow controlled processes such as the reader-doer method to minimize errors.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting according to SOPs and assist in technical root cause analyses.
- Bring up unresolved issues to mechanics, engineers, or team leads, and contribute valuable observations and data to support troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
- Participate in technical improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and process reliability.

Basic Qualifications:
Associate’s + 6 months Manufacturing work or military experience
Or
High school/GED + 2 years Manufacturing work or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Robust knowledge and proven successful track execution of Good Manufacturing Procedures.
- Hands on experience with SAP, EBR and Equipment Interphase (HMIs) systems.
- Basic Mathematics and problem-solving skills.
- Competent performing assembling disassembling, operating and understanding equipment per procedures.
- Knowledge with basic computer operations, such as ability to navigate in MS Office, use email, and complete training using Computer Based Training (CBT).
- Ability and willingness to work any shift in support of operations that may include 24/7.
- Organization skills and talent to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Capacity to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions and make adjustments to equipment.
- Good documentation skills.
- Written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
