Health Economics Senior Associate
What you will do
The Health Economics Associate will be responsible for coordinating projects related to the product portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up and analysis of key information for the generation of strategic reports. This role is essential to support evidence-based decision-making and to communicate the value of products from both an economic and clinical perspective.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate product portfolio projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct clinical, epidemiological, and economic data analyses to support value propositions.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Support the development of basic economic evaluation models (e.g., cost of illness, budget impact).
- Design visual materials (presentations, infographics, value sheets) to communicate key findings to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory processes, including compliance policies.
- Actively participate in audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement processes.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree Or
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience Or
- Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience Or
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Genuine interest in professional development within the organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Openness to receiving mentorship and taking advantage of training and professional development opportunities offered by the company.
- Background in Economics, Health Economics, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of health economics and cost-of-illness analysis tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in access, medical affairs, or HEOR areas.
- Analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work in regulated environments with a focus on compliance.
