Customer Engagement & Analytics Sr. Associate
What you will do

In this vital role, you will provide analytical, project management, and strategic support to the Sales and Marketing organization. You will analyze business performance data to generate actionable insights, support decision-making, and monitor outcomes through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Maintain and manage the Veeva CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights and performance reports that support business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Brand Teams and In-Field Teams to develop tools and strategies that enhance customer engagement and field effectiveness.
Dashboard & Important Metric Development:
- Design and build dashboards and key performance indicators using data from multiple sources to monitor sales and market performance.
Business Planning Support:
- Actively contribute to business planning processes, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), brand plan-of-action (POA) meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Quota and Sales Incentive Management:
- Develop and implement sales incentive plans aligned with affiliate goals, global SOPs, and incentive committee guidelines.
- Maintain documentation for the incentive process, calculate monthly incentives, and monitor deviations that may impact sales forecasts or targets.
- Report and communicate sales quotas and performance results to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Business Analysis, Commercial Operations and/or Sales & Marketing Analysis experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 6 years of Business Analysis, Commercial Operations and/or Sales & Marketing Analysis experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Business Analysis, Commercial Operations and/or Sales & Marketing Analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and/or Statistics
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with solid understanding of sales and marketing processes in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (especially Veeva), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Previous experience and excellent understanding of customer engagement and customer capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, including written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and their application in commercial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Prior experience in competitive intelligence, forecasting, and/or data reporting is highly desirable.
