Sr. Maintenance Technician - Days
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for operating utility systems and performing maintenance activities throughout the ARI site. The position is on a rotating 12 hour day shift (7AM to 7PM, day of week varies per shift schedule).
Key Accountabilities
Maintenance activities are performed safely
Maintenance activities are completed right the first time
Maintenance activities are accomplished in timely manner
Maintenance activities are completed per applicable procedures
Issues and opportunities that are observed are reported in a timely manner
Measurement
No lost time injuries or near miss incidents
Minimal rework for maintenance activities
Labor hours expended are appropriate for job
All activities are completed per procedure
All observed issues are reported in a timely manner
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Maintenance experience OR
Associate’s degree and 4 years of Maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of combined education, training, and experience in utility/HVAC/refrigeration systems and maintenance including clean/sanitary utility systems.
3+ years knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems and ability to effectively perform associated maintenance activities.
Knowledge and experience in Rigging, Welding, Plumbing, Pipefitting.
Knowledge and experience working in a highly regulated function - cGMP.
Experience executing and documenting maintenance work orders in the Maximo computerized maintenance management system.
Experience with building automation systems as they relate to utility/HVAC systems.
Ability to interpret P&ID's.
Strong computer skills
Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to others
Ability to work with minimum direction.
Ability to effectively communicate issues and status of tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to interact constructively with peers/teams.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
