Marketing Manager, PAVBLU
What you will do
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in both the strategy and execution of marketing activities for PAVBLU. This includes contributing to the development and refinement of brand strategy by incorporating insights and identifying opportunities, while translating strategic direction into actionable marketing plans and tactics. In this role, you will support initiatives across both HCP and patient audiences, including promotional materials, digital engagement, and congress execution, ensuring strong alignment between strategic priorities and execution.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to support the successful delivery of brand strategies and key initiatives across a high-volume tactical environment. This role requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environment, with the confidence to execute independently and drive progress with limited direction when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy, helping translate strategic direction into actionable marketing plans
Lead development and execution of key HCP promotional materials and campaigns, including email marketing initiatives and digital customer journeys
Own development and execution of patient marketing initiatives, including patient brochures, website content, and other patient-facing materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with brand strategy
Oversee planning, logistics, and execution of congresses in partnership with field teams, managing associated budgets, vendor relationships, and coordination with congress organizers to ensure high-quality delivery
Own and manage the sample program, including inventory oversight, supply tracking, issue resolution, and coordination across sales, operations, forecasting, distribution, and fulfillment teams
Manage brand budgets and track spend across assigned initiatives and cross-functional activities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including field, PAR, medical, finance, regulatory, compliance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
Partner with Legal, Regulatory, SciComm, and Medical teams to manage the MAC process, securing timely approval of materials while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand
20% travel associated with this position
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree
Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field and 2 years of marketing, business, or commercial operations experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field and 4 years of marketing, business, or commercial operations experience OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of marketing, business, or commercial operations experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of marketing, business, or commercial operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience executing marketing initiatives across both HCP and patient audiences, including promotional materials, digital campaigns, and field-facing resources
Experience contributing to brand strategy through development of marketing tactics, messaging, or campaign optimization
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, operations, finance, regulatory, legal, and external vendors to drive aligned execution
Experience supporting congress planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery
Familiarity with email marketing and digital engagement tools
Experience managing budgets
Experience with promotional material review processes and systems (e.g., MAC, Veeva PromoMats)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
