Senior Manager, CV-Repatha Omnichannel Orchestration, Modular Content Operations, Search / GEO & AI Answer Engine
What you will do
The Senior Manager, CV / Repatha Omnichannel Marketing evergreen posting is designed to identify exceptional candidates for multiple Senior Manager opportunities supporting the CV / Repatha omnichannel team. Candidates may be considered for one or more roles across Omnichannel Orchestration, Modular Content Operations, and Search / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Answer Engine.
These roles will help CV / Repatha move from channel-by-channel execution to a more audience-first, signal-informed, content-enabled, and measurable omnichannel operating model. The selected leaders will partner across brand, Cardiovascular Specialist (CSS), Primary Care Provider (PCP), Global Commercial Capabilities and Innovation (GCCI), Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, Analytics, Technology, Field, agency, and enterprise platform teams to translate approved strategy, customer insights, content needs, engagement signals, and enterprise capabilities into practical business action.
Depending on role alignment, the Senior Manager may focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Omnichannel Orchestration:
Translate audience priorities, customer barriers, field needs, engagement signals, route logic, suppression rules, and measurement needs into coordinated experiences across field, CRM, web, paid media, events, access, and support. This role helps define what signal matters, what approved content is needed, which route should respond, and what should scale, stop, or be optimized. - Modular Content Operations:
Help build a scalable content supply model that moves CV / Repatha from one-off asset development to quarterly Job Initiation Briefs (JIBs), modular content planning, claims-linked content components, MAC-ready submission matrices, content reuse, metadata discipline, and faster downstream adaptation across web, CRM, field, paid media, and answer-ready content needs. - Search, GEO & AI Answer Engine:
Help CV / Repatha become more findable, credible, and useful across traditional search, AI search, answer engines, RepathaHCP.com, Repatha.com where applicable, Ostro, and emerging digital answer environments. This role translates customer questions, query themes, citation insights, answer gaps, and content discoverability learnings into approved content, web, analytics, and omnichannel recommendations.
