HR Program Manager - Operations Talent & Culture
What you will do

In this vital role you will contribute directly to the talent engagement and development programs for the global Operations community, comprised of more than 10,000 colleagues worldwide. The Operations Talent & Culture team (Ops T&C) owns and manages multiple global programs impacting Operations staff and leaders worldwide. You will serve as the program manager for two programs – Ignite (Coaching) and People Centered Leadership (PCL). You will also be responsible for implementing sustainable processes that drive efficiency, accountability, and impact across all Ops T&C programs. You will gain visibility and understanding across programs to serve as a partner and advisor to the senior team. This role reports to the head of the Ops T&C team.
In this role, you will:
- Serves as the Ignite (Coaching) program lead with oversight of the end-to-end program design and execution
- Continuously improve the design and management of the Ignite program, and evolve in accordance with changing business priorities and leadership challenges
- Identify and monitor meaningful measures to assess program effectiveness and business impact
- Manage the relationship with the Ignite vendor partner
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on participant experience in the program, solicit HRBP feedback on the program, and provide them with timely updates
- Manage the financials associated with Ignite including purchase orders, invoices, and budget forecasting and reconciliation to Finance Partners
- Maintain program-related resources
- Partner with colleagues in the Ops T&C team and the enterprise Talent Center of Excellence team to ensure alignment and shared insights/findings
- Act as the PCL program lead with oversight of end-to-end program design and execution
- Lead the continued evolution and integration of PCL across Operations and the Connected Culture landscape
- Identify and monitor meaningful measures to assess program effectiveness and business impact
- Manage the relationship with the PCL vendor partner
- Manage the financials associated with PCL
- Maintain program-related resources
- Oversee Ops Talent & Culture operational excellence
- Drive operational excellence for the team through helping to streamline processes, simplify resources, and communicate with critical partners and leaders to educate on roles and responsibilities, strengths, and opportunities
- Serve as a resource to provide support and continuity for T&C events and/or programs throughout the year as need arise
- Provide project management support to the head of the Ops T&C team on emerging business needs
- Lead core technology enhancements or implementations aligned with Ops Talent & Culture efforts, as needed; serve as a liaison with key partners to ensure the team's awareness of critical milestones and/or changes in the technology landscape
- Project manage budget planning, POs, and tracking; support prep for executive-level reviews
- Partner closely with Ops T&C leadership and Operations finance to ensure timely and accurate insight to budget and drive mindful spend of the allocated budget toward the most impactful utilization across T&C programs
- Own and enhance team-wide tracker and ensure team is educated on its appropriate use
- Support development of read-outs and key summaries / budget updates to be shared with senior leadership
- Provide direct support and guidance on process and best practice to program managers
- Maintain responsibility for comprehensive metrics strategy & team data access strategy / implementation
- Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and measurement of success criteria and goals respectively for sustaining progress made to date
- Mature scorecards and reporting tools for measuring progress and instilling accountability with leaders, partners, and collaborators
- Serve as central point of contact to ensure team has access to critical insight tools to empower program owners to drive impact. Liaise closely with partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment to data management and sharing guidelines
- Build and sustain platforms to integrate key data points from different sources to better inform the value of Operations T&C programs and efforts
- Lead the process to facilitate regular review of current state and future opportunities for programs owned
- Own Ops Talent & Culture platforms and governance
- Manage team-wide calendar to drive alignment across the team and with partners
- Own and update the Ops Talent & Culture SharePoint sites to drive clarity, consistency, and engagement
- Recommend enhancements and opportunities for driving stakeholder awareness and engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate team meetings
- Manage agenda development, scheduling, meeting execution, and distribution of follow-up meetings
- Ensure team meetings are engaging, provide value for team members, and drive efficiency and continuity
- Outline and implement sustainable approaches for team celebration, recognition, and engagement
- Support Operations T&C councils
- Facilitate cross-council engagement, alignment, and best practice sharing for the two councils managed by the broader team
- Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and measurement of success criteria to evaluate council impact

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of leadership development, human resources, talent management, learning/instructional design, or project/program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in human resources, learning, leadership development programs, and/or talent management
- Experience working across functions and geographies and in a matrixed organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience designing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites
- Advanced proficiency in data and information management tools such as Excel and SmartSheet
- Experience with metrics and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to use data to inform program and process design
- Ability to develop practical but innovative solutions to business problems without precedent
- Ability to see relationships among different projects and initiatives, and a drive to want to facilitate connections among them to ensure a more impactful outcome
- Strong verbal and written communication combined with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead a room through meaningful discussion
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to understand the clients’ needs and translate them into actions
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities and competing demands
- Ability to navigate change and work with ambiguity

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
