What you will do
We are looking for a dynamic marketer to join our growing organization. This individual will drive strategic vision, execution, and exceptional customer-centric initiatives, delivering meaningful value to patients. As a pivotal member of our marketing organization, you will lead cross-functional teams to uncover unmet market needs, design impactful solutions, evaluate new opportunities, and prioritize initiatives critical to ensuring Amgen Taiwan’s sustained growth and long-term success. In this key role, you will leverage your leadership and strategic capabilities to ensure robust implementation of marketing plans that deliver real value to patients, our healthcare system, and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build up the brand short, mid and long-term forecast and strategies with clear evidence and assumptions.
- Seamless execution of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand success at the strategic and tactical level.
- Accountability toward customers’ engagement.
- Executing, and evaluating promotional tactics that address the strategic need of the brand(s) with the core target audience (physicians, patients, and other HCPs).
- Managing the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs department, regulatory department, market access department) and external partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
- External partnerships such as creative agencies, public relations firms, or KOLs will be an integral part of the responsibility.
- Works with the cross-functional brand team to create marketing plans (strategic and tactical) and aimed at optimizing contribution to the corporation.
- Proactive identification of opportunities and key issues and communication to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating product management functions such as budget management.

- Support other activities as required by the manager.
- Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.

What we expect of you
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Science-based background with MBA master is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience and commercial experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
- Teamwork and communication
- Results orientated.
- Strategic partnering management (internal & external).
