Accountabilities
Be accountable for the Prolia/Evenity business(sales and profitability) performance for China market. Optimize team infrastructure / competencies to win the high potential market. Develop strong relationships with China HCPs for market development and brand endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Lead China Prolia/Evenity sales team and take full responsibility to continually monitor and adjust the business strategy to achieve and exceed China sales goals.
- Establish an effective business management system, organize regular business review meetings with regional teams to ensure timely follow-up and feedback on business.
- Be responsible for sales team critical projects by monitoring budgeting expenditures, and identifying problems and recommending solutions, ensure timely definition of timelines, milestones and limitations for the projects.
- Identify key business partnerships and potential commercial relationships to support revenue growth strategy.
- Develop China sales team, build future leadership pipelines and commercial talents; establish and improve the system of personnel training and development to reserve and retain talents.
- Develop effective cross-functional communication mechanisms, integrate internal and external resources to drive business development.
- Work closely with compliance and investigation teams to ensure business compliance。
Outputs

- Lead and upgrade the organization and capability in the fast growing market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Medication, Pharmacy, Marketing, Commerce preferred).
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales management of Pharma MNCs.
- Proven record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment
- Proven strategic thinking and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets
- Authentic and passionate leader with the ability to develop and communicate a strong vision, as well as aligning the organization and key stakeholders around it.
