Role: Grad Intern – Customer Capabilities/Digital Solutions (Internal AI Capability Development & Enablement)
Location: Mississauga Flexible Commuter

What you will do

In this vital role, you will help accelerate the expansion of internal Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, supporting content aggregation, scenario/persona development, testing and quality assurance, and documentation updates. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and realistic scenario design.
Key responsibilities
- Support content development for customer scenarios and personas (research, drafting, and refinement).
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of the content/experience and help track issues through resolution.
- Update documentation and enablement materials to support ongoing capability expansion across promoted brands.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Learning &Performance , and Digital Solutions teams to incorporate feedback and improve usability.

- Content research, writing, and editing
- Testing/QA mindset (tracking issues, validating changes)
- Documentation and enablement materials (Word/PowerPoint)
- Interest in digital/AI learning tools
What we expect of you

Basic qualifications
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from within the last 3 years) an undergraduate or graduate program in Life Sciences, Business/Marketing, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Strong research and writing skills; ability to simplify complex concepts clearly.
- High attention to detail and comfort working through iterative testing and feedback cycles.
- Strong collaboration skills and curiosity to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in digital/AI learning tools and responsible AI use in healthcare.
- Experience with content QA/testing, documentation, or learning enablement.
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $58000 – $72000.
