WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing high-quality administrative support to Amgen. As a trusted point of contact, you will ensure smooth coordination, efficient processes, and professional handling of incoming requests, while delivering comprehensive and confidential support to the ACCP.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as first-line support for general incoming queries and ensuring timely follow-up.
Managing diaries and providing broad administrative support (calendar coordination, contract signature follow-up, database management, digital archiving).
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor setup activities.
Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reporting.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
Proactively identifying and escalating issues or risks in line with business needs.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department and ACCP.

Required Qualifications:
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in administrative support, ideally within complex or multinational environments.
Experience working with accounting and business tools (MS Office, Excel, SAP, Ariba, etc.).
Proficiency in additional European languages.
