WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as the O-US business lead and primary point of coordination for the globally owned Customer Data Platform (CDP).
This role represents International Markets in partnership with the Global CDP team to ensure O-US requirements are clearly captured, structured, and reflected in global roadmap and design discussions.
While platform ownership resides globally, this role supports O-US business alignment by focusing on data management, audience definition, governance, and operational readiness. The role ensures that CDP capabilities are implemented effectively across O-US markets and that data models and processes are aligned with enterprise standards in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent O-US in CDP governance and working forums as the primary operational interface
Gather, structure, and consolidate O-US market requirements before engagement with Global
Support prioritization discussions by translating business needs into clear data and use-case requirements
Drive audience definition standards across O-US markets, ensuring consistency and reusability
Partner closely with Data & Analytics to align CDP data models, taxonomies, and governance standards
Ensure data quality, data flows, and integration points are clearly defined and documented
Coordinate across O-US markets to ensure readiness for releases and deployments
Support validation of delivered functionality against defined requirements
Contribute to use-case deployment, testing, and adoption tracking
Monitor compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and data governance standards across geographies
Support value realization tracking and provide visibility on adoption and impact
Facilitate continuous improvement through structured feedback to Global and IT partners

International Markets commercial and marketing teams
Marketing Execution Excellence and Field Excellence
IT and Data & Analytics teams
Global Capability Centers
O-US market representatives
External technology partners (as required for implementation support)

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
Experience in commercial operations, customer data, omnichannel enablement, or analytics in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in matrixed global organizations
Understanding of omnichannel commercial models outside the US
Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as CDP, CRM, or analytics ecosystems
Practical knowledge of customer data management, segmentation logic, and governance principles
Strong collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders
Structured and analytical approach to requirement definition and data alignment
Success Measures:
Clear and structured O-US requirements and audience frameworks
Alignment of CDP data models with enterprise Data & Analytics standards
Quality and governance of audience definitions across markets
Successful deployment and operational adoption of CDP capabilities
Effective collaboration across Global, IT, and Data teams
Demonstrated contribution to commercial enablement through improved data management
