WHAT YOU WILL DO
Do you excel at building strong partnerships and delivering impactful recruitment strategies? In this Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to deliver end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition solutions for critical roles across the region.
You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction of top talent while delivering a positive, high‑quality candidate experience that reflects Amgen’s mission and culture. This role operates as a senior, hands‑on TA professional with full accountability for delivery and includes responsibility for managing a small team of recruiters as the organization continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across the region to align with current and future business needs.
Translate business strategy and capability requirements into forward‑looking Talent Acquisition solutions.
Deliver complex, multi‑country, or high‑impact hiring processes with full ownership for speed, quality, diversity, and compliance.
Ensure consistent application of global TA standards, governance, and process integrity (e.g., Workday requisition management, assessments, internal mobility, and compliance requirements).
Elevate candidate and hiring manager experience through disciplined execution and continuous feedback loops.
Build, coach, and manage a small team of recruiters as our team continues to growth.
Act as a strong contributor to strengthening TA capability by driving strategic projects, knowledge sharing, and best‑practice adoption with a visible leadership presence and strong accountability.
Support the development and execution of impactful regional employer branding strategies, ensuring attraction of high‑caliber candidates aligned with Amgen’s values and culture.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Significant experience in Talent Acquisition as part of a global team, supporting multiple markets and/or operating within a shared services environment.
Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment alongside diverse strategic Talent Acquisition projects, delivering clear and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and navigating matrix environments.
Experience leading or mentoring recruiters, or strong readiness for people leadership.
Strong proficiency in TA technologies and data‑driven recruiting practices.
