What you will do

As an Associate Field Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting both Field Excellence and Data Management activities. You will contribute to ensuring data quality, developing reporting solutions, generating business insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple Business Units. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams to transform data into actionable recommendations while maintaining reliable and scalable data assets.

Some of the tasks related to this role are:

  • Support annual Brand Planning activities by providing performance analysis, business insights, and recommendations across Business Units
  • Develop and deliver regular Business Reviews, identifying key trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
  • Support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) processes through performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to Plan of Action (POA) planning, qualification, execution tracking, and performance assessment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Perform commercial analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of commercial data used for reporting and decision-making
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of data assets, reporting solutions, and business intelligence tools
  • Contribute to market research projects and competitive intelligence initiatives that support business strategy
  • Support territory management, sales performance tracking, targeting, and other Sales Force Effectiveness activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize reporting, processes, and business performance monitoring
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, FP&A, and Leadership teams

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical professional with a strong business mindset and excellent communication skills. You are comfortable working with data, creating compelling business presentations, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate curiosity, independence, and a willingness to learn while supporting key commercial decision-making processes.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Analytics, Business Excellence, Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, Business Intelligence or related area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience analyzing business performance metrics and supporting commercial decision-making processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations and communicate insights effectively
  • Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of data quality principles, reporting processes, and data validation methodologies
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and reporting needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Consistent track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting business expectations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience supporting Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations activities
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience supporting Brand Planning, Business Reviews, Sales incentive plan (SIP) processes, Plan of Action (POA) activities, or similar commercial planning processes
  • Exposure to Market Research projects, methodologies, and insights generation
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and business recommendations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with data management concepts, data governance practices, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with ETL and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar)
  • Familiarity with VBA, Python, or other automation tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
  • Demonstrated service-oriented mindset and strong customer focus
