REGULATORY ASSOCIATE (9 MONTHS FIXED CONTRACT)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting the necessary global correspondence related to applications and tracking submission dossiers
- Preparing Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and Package Leaflet information on an application-specific basis
- Preparing post-authorization application dossiers
- Performing electronic submissions and ensuring local follow-up
- Carrying out 100% verification of updated packaging information in line with source documents
- Implementing and updating internal company systems
- Electronically archiving Ministry correspondence
Qualifications:
- Final year student or graduate of Pharmacy (Faculty of Pharmacy) bachelor’s degree
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good team player, with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
- Flexibility in order to meet customer needs
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to learn new programs
- Advanced written and verbal English skills.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
