Senior Manager, Digital Intelligence & Enablement (Global Procurement)

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are seeking an individual who thrives in ambiguity, capable of driving digital procurement initiatives with precision and purpose. You will help us shape the next era of Procurement. As Senior Manager, Digital Intelligence & Enablement, you’ll lead the implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI across the Global Procurement Organization—turning ideas into products that improve speed, cost, compliance, and supplier experience.

You’ll combine business understanding with data, analytics, and engineering know-how, guiding cross-functional teams and partners to deliver a practical, value-first AI roadmap.

What you’ll own

  • Define and drive a 12–24 month GenAI roadmap for Procurement (from pilot to scale).
  • Lead cross-functional delivery pods and coordinate with AI/ML, IT Architecture, Security/Privacy, Finance, Legal, and process owners.
  • Stand up high-impact pilots (e.g., guided intake, RFx/negotiation co-pilots, contract intelligence, supplier risk sensing) and move the winners to production.
  • Ensure the data and platform foundations (quality, access, observability) needed for reliable AI solutions.
  • Partner with a lean external vendor ecosystem - from startups to strategic vendors - to accelerate value.
  • Champion change and adoption with clear outcomes and simple, usable products.

Minimum qualifications

  • 8+ years leading digital, analytics, or AI initiatives end-to-end; 3+ years in product/program leadership or equivalent.
  • Proven record converting use cases into shipped solutions with measurable business outcomes (speed, cost, compliance, risk).
  • Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs (prompting, retrieval/RAG concepts, evaluation, safety/guardrails, privacy).
  • Strong data fluency: understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and BI; able to partner effectively with data engineering.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (business, AI/ML, architecture, security/privacy, finance/legal).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor/partner coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement/S2P processes (intake, sourcing/RFx, CLM, supplier management, AP) or ability to learn quickly.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to S2P/CLM/AP platforms and supplier-risk/market-data integrations.
  • Hands-on with MLOps/platform practices (CI/CD for models/agents, evaluation, monitoring/observability, cost governance).
  • Comfort with modern data and cloud stacks (e.g., lakehouse/warehouse, APIs/integration patterns, vector search concepts).
  • Experience running structured vendor/startup POCs and negotiating value-focused SOWs.
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MS) or relevant certifications in data/AI/cloud/change management (nice to have, not required).
