Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst

As a Senior Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst, youareresponsible forleading complex business analysis activities and supporting business and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams toelicit, analyse, and document requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The roleoperateswith minimal supervision, manages multiple stakeholders, and contributes to improving processes, systems, and outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit,Gather, analyse, and documentbusiness and functional requirements. 

• Creating BusinessRequirementDocuments,SRS, Workflow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams

• DevelopingWireframes / UI/UX mock ups using anyplatformtools like lovablefor product demo to the stakeholders.

• Critical bridge between business team and technical team, translate business needs into cleartechnical requirements, turn them into Userstorieswith well-definedacceptance criteria. 

• Lead Agile ceremoniesor act as Scrum Master(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming). 

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices. 

• Track sprint progress,identifyrisks, and remove blockers. 

• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams. 

• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency. 

• Proactively communicate andworkclosely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical deliveryby showing demos and collecting feedback.

• Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities. 

• Proactivelyidentifythe dependencies,riskand communicate while implementing cross functional capabilities.

• Impact analysis for the new requirements or change requests on the existing application

• Reports generation on demand for the stakeholders based on their needs.

• Triage and RCA for the support issues.

• Work closely with the Quality team to provide clarifications & support when needed.

• Ensure overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered solutions. 

• Get Involved in various phases of testing & support UAT testing with the business users.

• Ensure clear communication of requirements, issues, and status updates. 

• Maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and processes. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-9 yearsof experience in Business AnalysiswithAgileway of working. 

• Strong experience inrequirements elicitation processes

• Experienceinmaintainingdocumentationand synthesize them into BRDs, Data Flow & Workflow diagram

• Experience in designing Mock ups or Wireframe based on the requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities acrossthe team.

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and take onadditionalresponsibilities. 

• Strong working knowledge on Scrum Ceremonies & lead them effortlessly

• Participate in UAT testing & gather feedback for further enhancements

• Ability to support the team in multiple capabilities & communicate clearly.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience acting as aScrum Master. 

• Priorknowledge of working onSalesforceplatformprojects and ability to query data. 

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments. 

• Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools.

Basic Qualifications:
