Senior Associate (AEM Functional Tester)

What You Will Do
- Develop test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements and AEM functionality.
- Execute functional, regression, and system testing to validate implementations.
- Create and maintain test documentation (scripts, data, reports).
- Collaborate with AEM developers for defect identification and resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover usability and functionality issues.
- Monitor performance and stability of AEM applications.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts.
- Stay updated with AEM features, updates, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of experience on AEM manual testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically with AEM and similar content management systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems.
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (a plus).
- AEM certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards in web development.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
