ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
We are seeking a compensation professional to join our Total Rewards team in India to manage and evolve our pay transparency and pay reporting practices. This role will serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) on pay transparency and reporting and is responsible for the execution, governance, and process optimization of the organization's pay transparency and pay reporting. The compensation professional is expected to establish and maintain our internal frameworks and external disclosures related to pay, while ensuring we meet expanding regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
This is a new role with the initial focus on the implementation of processes and practices designed to enable compliance with the EU pay transparency directive, and the support of the existing mandatory pay reporting in countries outside the U.S. with the ambition to establish further global integration, partnering with Legal, HR and the internal technology and automation team to enhance efficiency and simplify the delivery of pay data.
The Pay Transparency Compensation Manager reports to the Associate Director Total Rewards, and will be the subject matter expert on all Pay Transparency and Reporting for locations outside of the U.S. (OUS).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and operational management of the pay transparency and pay reporting framework OUS, ensuring appropriate consistency across functions and geographies
- Act as the primary authority on pay transparency and pay reporting offering expert guidance and support to HR leaders.
- Lead the end-to-end execution / Own the process for mandatory pay disclosures and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintain documentation and data pipelines to support audits and legal compliance.
- Monitor evolving global regulations (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive, UK Gender Pay Gap) and assess business impact.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across compensation and HR systems.
- Collaborate closely with Compensation peers on compensation policies.
- Explore and leverage AI, technology and scalable solutions that automate and streamline pay reporting and pay transparency processes, knowledge bases, and training materials for scalable and up-to-date service delivery
- Actively leverage the integration of AI, and machine learning algorithms and technology to enhance consistency and detect outliers or anomalies.
- Prepare annual pay transparency meeting for Global Total Rewards Leadership to align HR, DEI, Legal and communication strategy

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation, People Analytics, or a related HR/Compliance role
- Experience in the development and governance of an organization’s pay transparency and pay reporting
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Visier, or similar) to complete compensation data analysis, pay gap reviews, and reporting
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings for diverse audiences (internally and externally)
