Live | What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of marketing mix modeling (MMM) to support investment decision-making across brands.
  • Partner with commercial leads and marketing stakeholders to link analytics findings directly to brand strategy and tactical planning.
  • Provide thought leadership on performance measurement, promotion optimization, and forecasting scenarios.
  • Build and present compelling narratives that distill complex modeling outputs into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Guide vendor partners and internal teams on data sourcing, model assumptions, and validation of results.
  • Ensure consistent methodologies, business alignment, and storytelling standards across all IA projects.
  • Mentor and support L5 team members; take responsibility for final delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
  • 7–9 years of experience in advanced analytics or commercial effectiveness, including significant ownership of MMM programs.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong understanding of brand lifecycle and promotion dynamics.
  • Skilled in communicating with senior stakeholders and bridging analytics with brand strategy.
  • Hands-on capability with Python, SQL, and Databricks (for model review and guidance, not day-to-day coding).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to media analytics and omnichannel planning.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, budget planning, or brand investment simulation models.
  • Experience managing external vendors or modeling partners.
  • Strong collaboration and storytelling capabilities across global, cross-functional teams.
