Live | What you will do
- Ingest and validate consumer and HCP media data from various vendors and platforms.
- Collaborate with L5 leads to execute operational data workflows supporting campaign reporting.
- Support taxonomy enforcement, tagging checks, and metadata harmonization.
- Conduct QC checks to ensure completeness and reliability of reporting inputs.
- Assist with Tableau dashboard updates and documentation of recurring workflows.
- Work with tech and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in media data operations, reporting support, or marketing technology roles.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline when handling vendor media data.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks) and data processing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of digital paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads); exposure to HCP or consumer campaign data.
- Experience with campaign tagging, data quality frameworks, and taxonomy maintenance.
- Exposure to Salesforce plugins or tools that support marketing campaign ingestion or reporting.
- Ability to partner across functions to ensure consistent and scalable operational execution.
- Experience in pharma or regulated marketing analytics environments is a plus.
