What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for:
- Map decision processes and identify key decision makers (KDMs)
- Collaborate with Central KAM to elaborate the action plan for priority accounts.
- Organize regular interactions with district managers/sales rep and share the relevant information through WinFiT.
- Contribute to development of the marketing/commercial strategy.
- Commercial and access management with administrative stakeholders (Contracts, inventories, purchase orders, etc.)
- Build relationships with identified Stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities in assigned accounts to generate access of Amgen portfolio to patients ( Pt by Pt, Tenders, Market research)
- Execute the action plan aligned with XF Team.
- Close communication and field work with approved wholesalers, and administrative personnel.
- Follow-up of sales, access.
- Contract fulfillment.
- Follow-up and update account analysis, stakeholder analysis ensuring developing understanding of customer needs.
- Follow-up of productivity and its impact.
- Travel to different locations (TBD)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience OR
- Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Negotiation techniques
- Experience as Key Account Executive, managing projects/people, promotion to Government Health Inst. (CCINSHAE, IMSS Bienestar)
- Knowledge in high specialty products.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Sales Rep promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical products and Access.
- Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations.
- History of working in complex and cross-functional teams.

- Sense of urgency, teamwork, resilience.
- Good medical background to be able to know thoroughly our products.
- Strong knowledge of the government health institutions buying process.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Objective/results and customer oriented.
- Able to work under pressure.
