HR Senior Associate - Talent & Diversity Fixed Term (1 year - CDMX)
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with our RPO, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to support effective and efficient hiring processes across assigned client groups.
- Contribute to workforce planning discussions by identifying talent trends, hiring needs, and market insights.
- Support job scoping, job description development, and candidate profile alignment to ensure clarity of role requirements and success criteria.
- Help with our talent scouting efforts to map high quality talent in the market and provide market insights to business leaders.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting and insights related to time-to-fill, candidate flow, interview effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including activities that strengthen diverse talent pipelines.
Talent Management
- Support the execution of core talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and performance-related initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend development actions for individuals and teams.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of local and regional talent programs that strengthen organizational capability and employee growth.
- Contribute to calibration discussions, talent insights, and people analytics to enable data-driven talent decisions.
- Coordinate communications, materials, and stakeholder alignment for annual and cyclical talent management processes.
- Monitor effectiveness of talent initiatives (Mentoring, Leadership Academy, etc.) and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives that promote an inclusive culture and equitable talent outcomes.
- Partner with ERGs, People Managers and regional stakeholders to embedded DI&B principles into recruiting, talent development, employee engagement, and people programs.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance belonging, and inclusive leadership across the organization.
- Support employee resource group activities, awareness campaigns, learning programs, and engagement events tied to priority inclusion.
- Assist in tracking DI&B-related metrics and preparing insights, presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Master´s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 2 years of experience in similar positions in the industry Or
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 4 years of experience in similar positions in the industry Or
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 6 years of experience in similar positions in the industry.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, organizational development, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Experience coordinating projects and working across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Using data, reporting, and insights to support people-related decisions.
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or multinational corporate environment.
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, talent review practices, succession planning, and employee development frameworks.
- Experience supporting diversity, inclusion, belonging, or culture-related initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capability.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with HR systems and talent platforms is preferred.
- Builds collaborative partnerships across functions and levels.
- Drives execution with accountability and attention to quality.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Champions inclusion and belonging in everyday practices.
