Your Mission
Conduct a full market opportunity analysis to determine whether it makes strategic sense for Amgen to revitalize and re-invest in Aranesp within the nephrology market.
You will explore:
- Market size & competitive landscape
- Feasibility of re-entry
- Financial impact & potential ROI
- Pricing, reimbursement, and health-economic considerations
- Strategic risks & opportunities
