Senior FP&A Finance Associate

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, and Market Access teams (Budget, Forecast & LRS).
• Evaluate monthly sales execution and expense plans Vs Reported Scenarios, anticipating market situations that may impact performance.
• Report sales budgets and corresponding adjustments in the company’s financial systems.
• Lead OPEX reporting and control processes in the required systems.
• Support quarterly closing and reporting processes to corporate headquarters.
• Ensure team members understand their assigned OPEX and reporting platforms.
• Support long-term financial planning activities.
• Analyze and prepare reports for corporate headquarters.
• Contribute to the implementation of standard methodologies related to assigned processes.
• Provide financial insights and decision-making support to multiple partners (Business Units, project teams, and cross-functional areas).

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree O
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
• High school diploma / GED and 8 of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.
• Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Experience in project execution, data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Intermediate/sophisticated level of English.
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and excellent command of Excel.
