Finance Data Analyst ( Fixed Term 1 year - Bogotá)

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, and Market Access teams (Budget, Forecast & LRS).
• Evaluate monthly sales execution and expense plans Vs Reported Scenarios, anticipating market situations that may impact performance.
• Report on sales budgets and corresponding adjustments in the company’s financial system.
• Control OPEX processes in the required company systems.
• Contributes to the implementation of standard methodologies related to assigned processes.
• Facilitate decision-making through the development of dashboards that organize data and simplify analysis.
• Development and improvements of dashboards to simplify processes.
• Simplify and standardize process.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company, technology, financial industry Or
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company, technology, financial industry Or
• High school diploma / GED and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company technology, financial industry.
• Intermediate/sophisticated in English, both in oral and written communication.
• Tableau business intelligence, Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Macros development.
• Solid understanding tableau report design.
• Experience in data analysis, process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0–3 years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Experience in data analysis, process improvement.
• Intermediate/sophisticated level of English.
• Power automates and job creations it´s a plus.
