WHAT YOU WILL DO
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will embark on a transformative journey as a Learning & Leadership Academy Intern, where you'llwork closely with our team to support various aspects of training program development and delivery. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning program management.
Support all Onboarding tasks for New Joiners, HiringManagers, and HR Staff in preparation for, facilitation of, and follow up to the Welcome Days Program.
Assist in the design and development of new and enhancements to current learning materials, resources, and training modules for staff and leadership development programs.
Support the coordination and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements, participant communication, and materials preparation.
Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the HR department, gaining exposure to various aspects of learning and leadership development processes and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Degree program in Psychology, Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for learning and professional development.
