SENIOR ASSOCIATE COMPLIANCE _ Chargé(e) de Compliance

As a Senior Associate Compliance your main mission is to promote and support adherence to all Healthcare Compliance requirements (internal and external) in France.

Under the supervision of our Compliance Director EU5 & Data Privacy Officer France you will be responsible for:
Assisting the affiliate Compliance Director, in implementing and administering Amgen’s Corporate Compliance programs & policies and International Compliance standards &
Procedures
Participating in risk assessment and monitoring and supporting corrective/ improvement action follow-up at the affiliate with Regional Director and affiliate
Compliance Director
With the affiliate Compliance Director identify the need for specific local Compliance procedures, lead their development and implementation
Key contact for Healthcare
Compliance advice within the affiliate(s)
Interacting with and successfully influencing all levels of staff to accomplish Compliance initiatives and goals
Understanding Compliance and Business, drivers and strategy, and being an advocate for Compliance within the business

Your main activities will consist in:
Providing advice, guidance and support to the affiliate staff and management on interpretation and implementation ofThe local Code of Practice of pharma industry
Local and European legislation (EFPIA)
Amgen policies & procedures (Anti-bribery & Corruption, Healthcare Compliance)

Maintaining awareness of applicable laws and regulations in the country / countries and keeping current with changes that may affect Amgen’s Compliance program
Assisting Compliance Director in:The implementation of Corporate Compliance programs in the territory
Evaluating the need for, develop and ensure implementation of defined local compliance procedures.
Developing training programs, materials and workshops aligned with the local Code and Amgen procedures & policies

Delivering Healthcare Compliance training and customize to audience
Playing active role in automation initiatives (including C3, Lanyon, etc.)
Contributing to innovation and change in projects such as Value-based Healthcare; Patient Guidelines; Free of Charge Goods initiatives, data analytics, etc.
Participating in the Compliance audit preparation: setting up meetings with each department, preparing documentation request etc.
Conducting monitoring activities locally and providing support to Regional Healthcare compliance team as required.
Coordinating meetings with local Compliance committee
Assisting the Data Privacy Officer in identifying key risks

Your profile:

Qualifications
Bachelor/ Master degree in Science, Medicine, R&D
Fluency in French and English

Experience
At least 2-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology (e.g. Regulatory, Quality, etc.)
Healthcare Compliance awareness / experience preferred
Defining and implementing policies, procedures and SOP’s
Working with cross-functional teams
Developing training materials and provide training to staff

Knowledge
Knowledge about applicable laws and regulations preferred
