Live - What you will do
Due to an internal career move, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Senior Manager to help implement our ANZ Supply Chain strategy and successfully launch products in the region. In this key role, you will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, establishing supply sites, creating distribution models, setting up systems, and managing product variations to ensure timely, efficient product launches and uninterrupted patient supply. Based in Sydney, this role reports to the Supply Chain Associate Director ANZ. Please note, this role does not have direct people leadership responsibility but requires strong collaboration and coordination across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert and Operations Champion for ANZ product commercialization
Participate in cross-functional meetings to support the Regional Operations Plan
Represent ANZ in Global PDT forums and provide technical expertise for business cases with awareness of the product filing process
Ensure timely planning of finished products using Anaplan & Rapid Response to communicate ANZ requirements
Conduct supply risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted patient supply
Drive operational efficiency and cost savings opportunities for ANZ Supply Chain. Lead the Drive for Excellence program for business efficiencies
Develop and implement the ANZ supply network strategy in collaboration with Global Supply Chain and manufacturing sites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, RA, Quality) to create compliant product supply strategies

We’re looking for an exceptional planner, a strategic thinker with extensive pharmaceutical launch experience, a passion for supply chain excellence, and a proven ability to deliver results. You thrive in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and driving impactful outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in business administration, engineering, life science-related or similar field
+8 years’ experience in supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably biotechnology
Experience in project management across departments and geographies
Experience with SAP and/or Rapid Response system environments
Ability to manage strategic implications of complex product development activities and manage them cross-functionally
Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
Residency and Permission to work in Australia, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required is essential
