WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sr Associate Supply Chain - Hub Operations DRP you will be responsible for ensuring efficient product distribution and supply chain operations, contributing to the overall performance of Amgen’s global network. This role involves managing order execution, transportation planning, and stock availability while ensuring compliance with GDP regulations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement shipments, ensuring timely product distribution in line with Amgen policies and customer requirements.
- Book transportation and coordinate logistics for direct delivery to internal customers
- Maintain operational relationships with regional supply chain teams, distribution centers, and quality assurance.
- Ensure stock availability by supervising inventory levels and collaborating with regional teams.
- Identify potential supply chain issues and implement proactive solutions; call out when vital.
- Lead and participate in meetings and projects to improve order management and supply chain performance.
- Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to monthly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and maintain up-to-date job-related training.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional supply chain projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in supply chain operations within a GDP-regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of ERP and experience in order-to-cash processes.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate within a diverse, international team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of logistics, GDP compliance, and stock management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Availability outside office hours on an ad hoc basis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in project management and operational excellence.
- Strong reporting skills and ability to manage complex documentation.
