The Team:
The Biosimilar Business has been newly created in Europe.
This is a great opportunity to launch a full pipeline of Biosimilars in the field of oncology and Inflammation and be part of the new Biosimilars Business Unit for UK and Ireland.
This Biosimilar Account Manager role will be part of a cross-functional team and will report directly to the Business Unit Director, Biosimilars UK and Ireland

The role

Pre-launch:
Establish Amgen as a biosimilar manufacturer
Differentiate Amgen as a manufacturer
Educate on Biosimilars: clinical development/ regulatory framework/pharmacovigilance
Influence policy and local guidelines on biosimilars
Deliver ABN (Advanced Budgetary Notification)
Engage with stakeholders to understandLocal adoption processes for biosimilars
Local services requirement

Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders at Amgen
Work with medical leads and local cross functional team at Amgen
Ensure full compliance with national code requirements
At Launch:
Maximize access of our Biosimilars portfolio in key accounts
Identify local needs and potential partnerships
Ensure guideline optimization for Amgen Biosimilars
Ensure net sales objectives in the hospital accounts in region

Location: This is a field based role covering the South of the UK

Education and Experience

University Degree or strong experience/seniority in the industry
Scientific background preferred
Demonstrated experience as Key Account Manager in Hospitals on hospital products
Experience in negotiation and conditions with pharmacists and other decision makers
Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products in Hospitals
Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving goals
History of working in complex and cross-functional teams
