The global marketing Senior Manager for neuroscience will play an active role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that position the program for success.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Generate and apply deep customer / competitive insights to inform commercialization and launch
2. Complete key Commercial Strategy deliverables in preparation for launch
3. Partner with regional representatives to deliver on innovative and differentiating go-to-market deliverables
4. Lead oversight of Global Agency of Record to develop, track and manage program projects/budget
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 1 year of Marketing experience
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 2 years of Marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 3 years of Marketing experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 5 years of Marketing experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 6 years of Marketing experience
Master’s degree & 6 years of marketing experience in the biopharma industry
Global marketing experience
Experience marketing to neurologists
Experience building and optimizing digital solutions [HCP and Patient]
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, experience producing business results, and outstanding organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of and experience in working with the promotions legal/regulatory environment
Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence teams with diverse backgrounds
Competitive mindset, including ability to champion ideas, take decisions and deliver results
Proven ability to proactively problem-solve in a matrix environment
