Support S&OP process with TMEA sales affiliates and distributor markets:
•Manage the monthly demand meetings within TMEA•Prepare demand and supply review topics for the S&OP meetings with the TMEA countries, which serves as input for the Regional Intercontinental S&OP meeting•Conduct forecast analysis & reviews, identify improvements and work with sales affiliates to improve Unit Forecasting which is key input to the Supply Chain Planning process•Serve as key point of contact for supply planning to the market.

Assemble and manage the demand plan:
•Assemble the weekly/monthly regional demand requirements plan, i.e. the conversion of the forecasted sales netted against the available FDP inventory for MTS and planned production batches for MTO.•Determine and manage the supply requirements from the production sites, and to local warehouses in our region•Interpret how demand changes impact the supply chain process upstream.

Inventory & Sales monitoring:
• Manage FDP inventory within inventory guardrails ensuring sufficient stock to prevent supply risks while minimizing scrap exposure
•Monitor sales development versus forecast and assess potential inventory impact of deviations (supply risk or scrap risk)•Coordination with Site Planning on timely availability of production batches.

KPI Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
• Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and FDP inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, FDP inventory plan vs. targets, out of stocks, FDP scrap)
•Identify areas for improvement; lead operational excellence initiatives / process improvement projects.

Segmentation:
•Maintain the SKU overview for TMEA•Manage the bi-yearly SKU Segmentation review process (assigning the optimum supply strategy to our SKU’s based upon the delivery characteristics and customer requirements)•Review the country specific SKU lists with standard leadtimes.

Product Life Cycle Management
•Manage product life cycle changes through the demand requirements plan (i.e. transitions, phase out restrictions, launches)•Serve as Regional Supply Chain representative in Regional Operations Teams
